Orders
When will my order ship?
We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible to. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
Please note: in busier times (like on special release days and sale events) this can take that extra day or two.
All orders are shipped from us here in Australia.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll automatically get an email from us with your tracking number from Australia Post.
If you haven’t recived the email and its been 2-3 days simply email us at our Contact page and we’ll follow this up for you.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Australia.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipping times are calculated using Australia Post delivery guides. Please note this does not include order processing times (2-3 business days); the clock starts on shipping times after your order has been dispatched.
Australia: 2-8 business days
Shipping Issues & Damaged Items
All products are quality controled prior to shipping.
For any damages caused during shipping . We require proof via photos within 7 days of delivery.
Enquiry will proceed with Australia Post immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is you returns and refunds policy?
Due to the nature of all our porducts being handmande to corder we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Wholesale & Retail
Do you offer wholesale for retailers?
We sure do! If your interested in stocing ASUMAbookmarks in your store, please reachout via our contact page.
Can I buy your products in-store?
If we have a stockist near you, absolutely! Each store selects their specific bookmark designs, often varied from what’s available at our online store.
We currently stock to the following stores within Victoria, Australia:
Readings, Doncaster, Hawthorn and Emporium locations
Elthan Bookshop, Eltham
The Kids Bookshop, Mitcham
GJs Discount Fabrics, Fairfield
INK Bookshop, Mansfield

Products (General)
Do you have any new designs coming out?
New designs are available weekly to cater for our market days, to keep our range fresh and dynamic. Majority of our online stock are our best sellers an unique one-off designs.
If you happen to see something you like on instagram (and are unable to attend a market) reach out to us on instagram and we will get back to you.
Do you offer bulk orders?
We sure do! Please reach out for any enquiries.
Will you be restocking certain designs?
Restocks will depend on fabric availability.
Can I request a specific design or color for a customized order?
Absolutely! Connect with us via our contact page for orders of 20 bookmarks or more of the same design or colour.
